Letter to Mr. Wilson now dead, then officiating for Mr Shelton
indisposed, stating the Transaction, and it is believes Sir Benjn.
therein wrote that if he had known as much of the Matter at the
Time he committed the Defendant, he would not have committed
him, or to that effect.

All the forfeited Recognizance for one year past will be
carried into the Exchequer next Monday consequently Processes
will issue against the Prosecutor and Mr Leeke and Mr Vint on the
three Recognizances they entered intoto prevent which be pleased
to Move that their Recognizances may be respited until the next
Session at the Old Bailey , when another Application will be made in
order to get them discharged or vacated
