And this Informant George Parsons< no role > for himself
saith That he is servant to Mr. Lane pawn broker
the Corner of Smarts Buildings Holborn That he very
well remembers the time said the said Duncan Robinson< no role >
was Cut and wounded it was about 6. o Clock in the
Evening of Thursday the 16th. of November last
and Upon hearing of the Noise he came out of his
Masters back door which Cooks into Smarts buildings
and very well remembers That Payne was one of the
persons Concerned he saw him go down Smarty Buildings
first and after him another person whom he believes
was Cox and then followed another person whom
he believes was the said Irish Mick who in Committed
by the Name of Michael Walker< no role > That he heard Mr.
Hunt say if any person would go with him
he would go and take them but nobody offered to go
He afterwards saw the Three persons Standing at
the Corner of the Buildings by Silks door Huggaing
and daring any Person to Come near them

And this Informant Abraham Silk< no role >
for himself saith That he is Shop keeper and
lives in the Coal yard the bottom of Smarts Buildings
aforesaid That about the time the above Transaction
happened he was coming out of his House and when
he Came to the door he saw Three Men among whom
was the prisoner Payne who was the Nearest to him
and as he Came out he saw Payne Stooping seemingly to
look if any person was following them when the prisoner
Turned round and said Blast or B-z his
Eyes it served him right but this Informant
