Who Saith That he was coming from his Sister's
in Lombard Street
on Thursday Evening the 16th. Novr.
last the day the said Robinson was Killed Coming
right home and at the Corner of Newton Street

he saw a person who goes by the Name of Irish Mick
but whose other Name he does not know and another
person who goes by the Name of Cox. Irish Mick
was following the deceased and Mr. Hunt and Cox
was behind Irish Mick. he saw Irish Mick Take
a pocket Book from one of the Gentleman which he
believes was Mr. Hunt who gave it into Cox's hand
directly-Mr. Hunt truned round and Caught hold
of Irish Mick immediately and said you have got
my Pocket Book. Irish Mick said search me
for I have got no such thing Mr. Hunt said you
must come along with me to the first public House
and then I'll Search you this Examinant walked
behind them and Irish Mick Stopped at the corner
of smarts Buildings
and said there is Magistrate
