Middlesex to wit

The Information of William
Smith< no role > of Crasen Street in the County of Middlesex
Esquire taken before me this 24th: day of November
1786 .

Who being on Oath saith that as he was coming out of
Drury Lane Playhouse on Monday Night last he felt his
Watch taken out of his Pocket and that he is positive that
the person now present and calling himself Joseph Turpin< no role >
was the person who look the said Watch out of his Pocket and that
he the said Turpin gave the said Watch to some other
person who made her escape through the Crowd.
