The Information of Mary Steward< no role > and Rebecca Marks< no role > Taken this 20th. day
day of November 1786 before us two of his Majestys Justices of the peace is
and for the said County.

Mary the Wife of William Steward< no role > of Blue [..] Gate Fields Shadwell Mariner
on her Oath Says That pair of Linen Streets One Clock Shirt one pair of Blue Nankeen
Breeck [..] One Linen Shift. Two pair of Cotton rib'd Stockings now produced are her
said Husbands Property and were put on Some Lines in the Garden belonging to the said
house on Saturday afternoon to dry That about the hour of Five the same afternoon
she saw the Prisoner who says his Name is Peter Bristowe< no role > in the said Garden
underneath a Tree having part of the said Things underneath and the remainder
close to himFurther says [..] after she had being up said Things aforesaid she
locked the said Garden Door with the Padlock produced. and being Told by Rebeccah
Marks
< no role > there was a Thief in the Garden she went and found the said Garden open
and afterwards found the said Lock on the Ground near the Gate which Lock had been
broken

says on Saturday night last about the hour of Five she saw the said Peter Binstowe< no role >
in the Garden belonging to William Steward< no role > close to a Lay lock Tree That she told
That said Mary Steward< no role > there was a Thief in the Garden who went to the
said Garden and Son the said Mary Striking out the run to her assistance That
William Steward< no role > and James Burn< no role > Seized the said Peter Bristowe< no role > and
brought him and the Things produced which she saw [..] [..] to him underneath some
[..] Seaslet Beans which had seen pulled up) to this Office
