the Watch and Breeches as it would present this Mistress from
making them Amends for what they had lost That the next
morning this Informant went to the Public Office in Bow Street
with a List of the Things stolen, in which List this Informants
Watch and Breeches were includedThat on Thursday afternoon
last after this Informant had fired a Gun (which usually stands by
Warren's bedside) at some small birds, said Warren observed that
"He would carry the Gun up again as there was no more
Powder to land it"And two Informant further saith he doth verily
believe and Suspect that a Box Coat, a close bodied livery Coat and
twoa red livery Waistcoat now produced byMr. Jealous are the Property
of Mrs. Nisbitt, and that they were stolen in said Warrens Apartments
over Mrs. Nesbitts Stables at Norwood on Tuesday the 3rd. of October
last.
