Who being upon Oath say, and first the said James Dytz< no role >
says,
that on the 10th. day of August last, a Person now present who calls
himself Robert Mills< no role >
came to board and Lodge at Informants House,
where he remained Eight days That on the 15th. day of August last, a
Silver Watch was stolen in his said House, and further says that the
Watch now, produced, in his Property, and the same that was Stolen, And
the said Keturah Dytz< no role >
says that on the 15th. day of August last a
Silver Watch now produced was stolen in the Bar of her said Husband's
House, at which time the said Mills was a Lodger in said House.
And the said George Purse< no role >
says that on the 15th day of August last
said Mills came to his Masters Shop and Pledged with this Informant
the Silver Watch new produced for one Guinea.
