Who being on Oath say and first the said John Moore< no role >
for himself saith that he hath carefully examined a Box Coat, a
close bodied livery Coat and a red Waistcoat, now produced
by said Mr. Seasons that this Informant verily believes them to be the
Property of his said Mistress Mary Nesbitt< no role >
, and that they were
feloniously stolen in the Apartments over her stable at Norwood
in Surry
(with other Articles) on Tuesday the 3d. of October
last, at which time this Informant very well remembers John
Warren< no role >
her Coachman
saying that "the said Box Coat was stolen
with the other Articles". And the said Charles Jealous< no role >
for
himself saith that the Letter now produced signed "I Higgins," to
"John Warren< no role >
," he this Informant on Friday the first of December
Instant found on the person of John Warren< no role >
now present at
Norwood
which included him that Evening, to search the Lodging
of Susannah Higgins< no role >
now present, at No 2
in Riding house Lane
Portland Chaple
, wherein he found said Box Coat, close bodied
livery beat abd red Waistcoat not produced : and also a Shirt
marked I W. now produced.
