was sitting nearby on the other side the Table and Cut
a Piece out of the fore part of his Skull which made
him Immediately fall back in his Chair saying, "Oh
"I am killed detain the Man" after which the said
John Ireland< no role > attempted Another stroke with the said
Sword at the other Informant Mathew Clarke< no role > but was
prevented and Secured

And this Informants Mathew Clarke for himself saith
that he was in the Parlour of the above House at the
time abovementionedthis Informantwith the other Informt.
Richard Mumby< no role > & other Company & saw the whole of
the transaction as above Related by the said Richard
Mumby< no role > as well as the Blow which he believes was levelled at
him by the said John Ireland< no role > and fortunately prevented

saith that he was in the Parlour of the above House

saith that he is an Assistant to Mr Sharriff a
