The Information of Mary Neale< no role > taken by me this 28th day of September
1786 . Who on her oath saith that on Monday [..] last about 4o Clock
John Welch< no role > came to her house No. 6 Buckwidg Street St. Giles and ask
her to let him stay their all Night. And that about 4 oClock on tuesday
Morning the 26th. Instant John Welch< no role > came to her bed side with a Case
or table Kinfe naked in his hand and threatened to cut her throate if
She made any Noise or Resistance and he theen look her Peticoats
from under her head in which was sewed Up Nine Guineas and
one half Guinea and she saw the said John Welch< no role > take it out of the
Peticoate and Put it us to his hand manly the 9 Guineas and 2 Guinea and
he the said John Welch< no role > said if she stirued or came after him he would
Cut her Throate and she sheem whent into a fit with the great fright
he had put her in. And Margaret Nesbit< no role > of Buckeridg Street on her
Oath saith that at break of day on the 26th. Instant she came to Mary
Neale
< no role > and found her in Strong Fitts and when she recovered she told
her that John Welch< no role > had Robbed her of all Money
