Who being on Oath say and first the said
Richard
Aziard< no role >
for himself says this Morning about the Hour of Three he heard a
Noize in his said house That he got up dressed himself opened the Window looking
out he saw the person present who says his name is

coming
out of the Cellar of his said house. That this Informant having a Pistol in his
hand threatened to shoot the said John if he stirred That
[..] he then run
down again into the said Cellar. That he called The said
Thomas Brice< no role >
his neighbour to his assistance who went and fetched a Watchman That they
went down into the Cellar and took him Says he left off work last night
about the hour of Eight and locked the said Callar door with the Padlock produced
which he found on a Staple on the outside a parcel of Palte Iron and Chairs
moved from where he had left them overnight and a part of his Horse in the said
cellar pulled down That His said House is enclosed within a Fence about
Five feet high which he must have got over to have come to his said house

call about the hour of Three this Morng. to this Informant he got up went to his Assistance
who desired him to go for a Watchman that he went and fetched one who goes by the
name of PullThat they went down into the Cellar of the said Richard they found
