to which he replied that he could not help
her for it was nothing at all to himthat
and then locked her up and went away
And this Informant further Saith
that she had no other opportunity of
making her distress known than by representing
it to said FluitThat about three
Days after, the said Fluit came again to this
Informant with her bread and water
and called her into the hemp Shop and
then forcibly pushed her down and
put his private parts into her body that
she resisted him with all her power
and attempted to cry out for assistance
but the prevented her by putting his
hand upon her Mouth, that during
his connection with her she felt something
wet come from him, that after he had
done with her, he told hen that if she
should tell the Governor, he should
tie her up and horsewhip her, And she
further Saith that under the terron of
these threats she was afraid to communicate
her Situation to any person during her
confinementAnd this Informant further
upon her oath Saith that she doth
charge the said person whose name
is unknown to her and the other person
