The Information of Thomas Schooley< no role > of as Labourer living at Mr Priest at the Sign of
the Kings Head near the Monument on Fish Street Hill London Who being on Oath
Says on Friday Morning last to the best of his knowledge between the Hours of One and Two he went to a Public house known by the sign of the Three Cups
Near Cole Stairs Shadwell to look out for a Job of Ballast Work that he had a pint of Bear Says the
Prisoners present who say their Names are Thomas Vallance< no role > and Daniel Collins< no role > and another person
were drinking in the same Room as he this Informant in the said House And that between the Hours
of Two and Three he went from the said House to go another house near New Crane where the
Ballast heavers use to look out for a Job it being the proper time of the Side Says soon after he
left the said House in Lower Shadwell Street The said Thomas Vallance< no role > , Daniel Collins< no role > and the other person who had been
drinking in the said House attached him. The man not present knocked him down when said
Thomas Vallance< no role > Stopped his Mouth with his handThatthatThey beat him when down
and took out of his right hand Breeches Pocket [..] as he believes Sixteen or Seventeen Skills
is certain as to fourteen ShillingsSays he is very Certain that Vallance and Collins
are Two of the Persons that robbed him as aforesaidFor That Vallance had changed his
Cap which was of a Particular make that he had on in the said House with said Collins
for his hat and it being a Moonlight Morning

said Husbands house at the Time the aforesaid Thomas Schooley< no role > was on Friday Morning last
That About the hour of Two is certain past that hour. The said Thomas Schooley< no role > went out first
Says Said Vallance and Collins is not certain if another person thinks there was Three went out immediately after the said Thomas

John Orange< no role > On his Oath sayshe George Forrester< no role > and William Elbey< no role >
on Friday last brought Daniel Collins< no role > to the Virginia Planter near Shadwell Office
That he searched him and found in his Pockets Two Shillings in One paper and Town
Shillings in the other paper which he says he suspects to be part of the mony the said
Thomas Schooley< no role > had been robbed off that Morning
