of James Kensington< no role > and Elizabeth

his Majestys Justices of the
peace for the said County

Who being Severally upon Oath
SayAnd first this Informant Mary
Kensington for herself Saith That she
is the wife of James Kensington< no role > who
keeps a Mild Cellar at No. 16 Weymouth
Street Saint Marylebone , that on
Wednesday last they had in the Bureau
in their Cellar aforesaid thirtytwoGuineas
and two half Guineas in Gold their
property, that on that day the person
now present who calls himself John
Cloutt
< no role > told this Informant that
he had been down in her Cellar with
the tin Kettlethat a few days after
she found that the Bureau before
mentioned aforesaid Stolen therein
that she had always understood
the said John Cloutt< no role > had been very
poor, he having worked for six months
last past at a Mangle for three
half pence an hour which never
amounted to more than nine often Shillings
a Week with the said Elizabeth May< no role >
who lives in the same house with
