Session held in April [..] not appearing according
to the Condition of your Recognizance for that Purpose, it became
forfeited, and must be estreated into the Court of Exchequer , in
order to the issuing of Process thereon against you, for levying
the Penalty; unless prevented by Appearance and proper Appli-
cation, to Stay Proceedings thereon at the next Session, which will
begin at the Old Bailey on Wednesday [..] the 25th. Instant.
