further saith That being totally ignorant
of such proceedings & how he ought to have
acted on such an Occasion and also not receiving any other Notice whatsoever he let the
Sessions slip away without fulfilling the
tenor of his Said Recognizance, which he
by no means would have done had he recollected
the time or received any previous notice or
information thereofAnd this Deponent

said Recognizance till he received a Letter
