Gentleman Upon his Oath Saith That Yesterday
about one OClock he attended William Quarrill< no role >
Esquire one of his Majestys Justices of the peace for
the County of Middlesex to take the Deposition
of the deceased and the paper Writing now produced
is the Deposition of the deceased Signed by him with
his Mark and also by the said Mr. Quarrill and
marked A. And the Memorandum in the
Margin of that Deposition was also taken [..]
but not Signed by the said deceased) before the said Mr.
Quarrill and John Staples< no role > Esquire one other
of his Majestys Justices of the peace for the said
County and Signed by them and is marked B
Saith ye reason why deceased did not Sign the
Memorandum was, he was too weak and near
dying

These Depositions were severally
taken and Acknowledged the day
Year and place first herein mentioned
before me}

Cuthbert Rutledge< no role > of Middle Shadwell a
Waterman and Lighterman Was produced before
