Who saith that he is twenty Year of Age and upwards, that
he was born at Petworth
in Sussex

now lives at Leeds
in Yorkshire
that he hath left Leeds.
about two or three Monthsthat he never was bred to any Trade
whateverthat in coming up to town he became acquainted with
one William Lewin< no role >
and went with him to Lodgethat his first
employment was making Hay for Mr. West at Islington
that he
was afterwards employed in carrying earthen Ware about the
Countrythat he hath continued so to do for some time that
on Sunday Night said Lewin asked this [..] Examinant to go
into the Country with him and that he (said Lewin) would learn
Examinant his Businessthat in coming back from
to London at Golden Green
said Lewin observed of lock of Geese
and proposed to Examinant that he should assist him in
driving them off that he accordingly did with said Lewin
drive them awaythat said Lewin kept sometimes behind and
sometimes before this Examinant in order to discover whether
any person or persons were watching the said Geese or coming
after them
