Apothecary
Upon
his Oath Saith That On Friday last he attended the
deceased who was in a very high delirium and
fever understood that the deceased had been in a
State of intoxication and fighting and had received
a Wound on his head, but whether that injury
caused the dilirium and fever cannot tell bid
is rather inclined to think the same might have
been caused by intoxication

Upon his Oath Saith That after the deceased
Death Deponent and his partner Mr. James Taylor< no role >
attended by the desire of the deceaseds Uncle to
examine the Body and found several Bruises on
the head and particularly on the back part there was an
incised wound through the flesh quite to the Skull
and apprehending a fracture sealped the head but
did not find any. but is of Opinion from all the
Circumstances that the saviour bruises the deceased
had received either from blows or falls were the
probable Cause of his Death
