He went to the Lodgings of the aforesaid Esther Howard< no role >

the Almonry
to serve a Warrant upon Her and found Her
fast a Sleep on the Ground that He awaked Her and inform'd
Her He had a Warrant against Her for Robbing James Potter< no role >
of a Watch Half Guinea some Silver and Two Keys that the
said Esther Howard answered She know nothing of the Robbery
and this Informant further says that looking about the Room
He saw Two Keys (now produced) on a Shelf over the Chimney
that he asked the said Esther Howard what those Keys were
and that She answered they belonged to the Gentleman
who charged Her with the Robbery

Mr: Wright Pawnbroker in the Almonry
that about Ten oClock
this Morning the aforesaid Esther Howard came to his Shop
and asked him to Send Fifteen Shillings on the Watch now
produced that this Informant told Her He had no objection if
She would tell Him whose Watch it was that the said Esther
Howard wanted He said Watch again which this Informant
refused saying He would detain Her and the Watch that the
said Esther Howard said She would Fetch the Person the said
Watch belonged to them went out and returned in about
Five Minutes with one James Wetherick< no role >
who owned the said
Watch and that He had sent the said Esther Howard< no role >
with it
but having borrowed a Shilling He would not Pledge it
and this Informant further says that He gave the said
Watch into the Hands of the said James Wetherick< no role >
who
put it into his Breeches Pocket and went away with
the said Esther Howard< no role >
