shoe and Buckle were found in her Room and upon
asking her how the came by them she said they were given

took her into Custody

for himself saith That he is Servant
to Mr: Fleming
a Pawn broker
in Drury Lane
and that about a Quarter
before 10 o'Clock on friday Evening last one Mary Badman< no role >
now in Custody brought the said Breeches to the said
Mr. Flemings Shop and said She brought them from
Mrs. Mc. Gee (whom this Informant knew) and roanted
the sum of Ten Shillings and Six pence upon them which
he refused and there he lent her Nine Shillings upon
the Breeches in the name of Mc. Gee and gave the said
Mary Badman< no role >
a Duplicate upon them which Duplicate
is now produced
