John White< no role > he this Informant saw the said
John White< no role > pullsomethinga Knife out of his Pocket
which this Informant saw him open and Cut the
said Joseph Levy< no role > over the ElbowSaiththat he
this Informant ran up to the prisoner White
and caught him by the Arms and held them back
Saiththat the said John White< no role > attempted to Cut this
Informant with the said Knife several times
that another person came to this Informants
Assistance which person also received a Cut
or Stab in the Back whilst he was Attempting
to Dwarm the said John White< no role > ofhisthe said
Knife [..] further Saith that after he this
Informant had been Cut in his hand he let
the said John White< no role > go whenandhe Immediately
pursued the Man whom he had just before
Stab'd in the Back but was Stopped by
some other personswhen hethat being so Stopped he the said
knife which was picked up and
Immediately delivered into the hands of
this Informantand is the same knifeby a person unknown which knife
whichbelongs to this Informant and was Stolen out of his Roomaswith
the rest of his property as aforesaid

Lastly Saith that he suspects the said John White< no role >
from his having the said Knife in his possession
and the said Ann Powell< no role > and Elizabeth Thompson< no role >
by being in Company with the said John Lloyde< no role >
and John White< no role > to be concerned with
the said John Lloyde< no role > in Stealing the severals
Articles above mentioned in his Dwelling
house as aforesaid.
