two or three times on a piece of paper
and gave it to this Informant to Sign
his name to, saying it was a security
for £100 which he this Informant
would be paid as his share of the
property found son soon as it was
got from the banker, that the said
Robert Patch< no role > then took up a box
belonging to this Informant which
contained a large quantity of black
Silk lace of the value of £50. Five Guineas and a half
inofGold and four half Crowns and
Six pence in Silver and feloniously
did steal take and Carry away
the same, and the other two persons to wit
the person now present who calls
himself William Peters< no role > and the other
person unknown followed him
but that the said William Peters< no role > and the person
whose name is unknown previous to their going out stood before this
Informant and prevented his following
the said Robert Patch< no role > , and this Informant therefore
upon his Oath doth charge the said William Peters< no role >
with being an Accomplice with the said
Robert Patch< no role > and the person unknown
in feloniously stealing taking and Carrying
away the Box containing the lace and
