The Information of Francis
Burgoyne
< no role > taken before me one
of his Majesty's Justices of the
Peace in and for the said County

Who being upon Oath saith that on or about
the first of June last he was accosted by a
Person now present who calls herself Catherine
Bowden
< no role > [..] when hee went to her
Lodgings inBlack Cable Street St. George
Middxwhich h [..] didand Slept with her all
that night that at the time he went into her
said Lodgings he had three Guineas in his Breeches Pocket and One
half Guinea in Gold in his Waistcoat [..] Pocket
and that [..] in the Morning when he awaked
he found the said Catherine Bowdon< no role > was gone
and had feloniously and privately took and
Carried away from his person the said Sum of
Three Guineas and One half Guinea in Gold the
property of the said Informant. And this Informt.
further upon his Oath Saith that he is positive
that the abovenamed Catherine Bowden< no role > is the
person who committed the above Felony as
he was in no other Company from the time
it was in his possession untill it was stole
from him in the manner aforesaid
the Door of the said Room where they slept
being the Locked
