Who being upon Oath says that or Friday the 2nd. day of June instant
Marmaduke Teasdale< no role > now present attended by a person now presenttwo persons now
present(as he verily believes) who call himselfthemselves John Campbell< no role > and
William Ross Darby< no role > came to the Office aforesaid at the Royal
Exchange for the purpose of Assuring the sum of One hundred
and Eighty pounds onthere [..] of the Said William Ross
Darby< no role > [..] on the Life of the said John Campbell< no role > and William Ross Darbyand which said [..] John
Campbell< no role > appeared before the Committee of said Office for the purpose aforesaid
