Who being upon Oath say and first the said William Donaldson< no role >
says that this morning a little past 4 o'Clock he saw a Person now
Present who calls himself Samuel Ward< no role >
come out of a House
belonging to Hans Wintrop Mortimer< no role >
Esquire
in Tottenham Court
Road
with the two Sashes now Produced in his hand which he
Placed behindthea Wall near the House, that on said Ward observing
Informant take notice of him he walked towards the Turnpike when
he called said Thomas Cox< no role >
to his assistance when he and said Cox
secured himThe said Thomas Cox< no role >
says that he was this morning
a little past 4 o'Clock called to by said Donaldson to Secure said
Ward which he immediately did And the said Richard Holbrook< no role >
says he is very sure that the two Sashes now Produced are the
Property of the said Hans Wintrop Mortimer Esquire and further
says he is Sure said Sashes were at 8 o'Clock last Night safe in their
frame in the said House in Tottenham Court Road
