on his Oath says on Friday last, between the
Hours of One and Two in the afternoon he saw the Prisoner who says
his Name is Laurence Burn< no role >
take the Piece of Rope now Produced then laying
in a shed in the Ship Yard of Edward Greaves< no role >
of St. Ann Middlesex

and see him go out of the said Yard with the same. Says that he turned the
said Laurence and saw him into an Old Iron Shop at Limehouse Corner
kept by One Carr says he went for Joseph Hawkins< no role >
who had care of the
said YardThat They went togetherandto the said Shop where The said Laurence
was bargaining with said Carr for the said Rope Says he seized Burn
and the piece of Rope and delivered him to the Constable and the said Joseph

took the Rope
