charged and convicted before the said Justice upon the Oaths of James Mc. Manus< no role >

with being a Rogue and Vagabond that is to say
by being apprehended by them the said James Mc. Manus and Williams Higgins< no role >
in the Night of the fifteenth Instant in the parish of Saint John Hackney
in
the said County having upon him certain Implements called Two Crows and Ten
Pick Lock Keys with an intent feloniously to break and enter into some
Dwelling house Warehouse Coach house Stable or Out house contrary to the
Statutes in such Case made and provided there to be kept until this present
Session This Court upon strict Examination of the Circumstances of the
premises doth hereby adjudge the said Jacob Udney< no role >
to be Rogue and
Vagabond for the Cause aforesaid within the true intent and meaning of the
Statute in this behalf made and provided and doth Order that the said
Jacob Udney< no role >
be committed to the House of Correction at Clerkenwell
in this
County there to be kept to hard labour for the space of Six Months now
next ensuing
