Who being upon oath say, and first the said Daniel

he was going thro the Yard leading to Astleys Riding School

Lambeth
in the County of Surrey
, the Gold Watch, ribbon and key
now produced were picked out of his pocketAnd the said Abraham

for himself says that a person now present who calls himself
John Lloyd< no role >
came between the hours of seven and eight oClock
in the Evening of Monday last to the Shop of the said Mr.
Page in St. Martins Lane
aforesaid and offered to pledge with this Informant
the said Gold Watch for three Guineas and a half saying that
that it was his own propertyThat suspecting said John Lloyd< no role >
to have stolen the same, from [..] his prevaricating in his

apprehended him, and caused him to be secured.
