The Information of James Holland< no role >
of Compton Street Taken the 19th: day of
May 1785 .

Who upon his Oath Saith That one John Pearson< no role >
now in Custody and who frequently Came to this In [..]
House as a Visitor and was Indulged by him to
Lodge in his House for one Night Took an opportunity
to Steal from the Room he Slept in one Linnen
Shirt one Stock one Metal Stock Buckle and one
pair of Silver Sleeve Buttons the property of
Jonathan Waller< no role > which were left in his House
by the said Jonathan Waller< no role > That he did not see
the said John Pearson< no role > from that time which was
about the beginning of April untill about 16 days
afterwards when this Informant met him
accidentally and upon Charging him with the Taking
the said Property when the said John Pearson< no role >
said to this Informant he Reed not make such a
Noise about them they were not his property and
promised to send them home That the said John
Pearson
< no role > hath not sent the said Kings home and
happening to come by the Horns Alehouse about the hour
of 10 o'Clock in the Evening on Monday last and seeing the
said John Pearson< no role > in Custody on Suspicion of another
Felony he this Informant called the Watchman and saw
his Property Secured
