Who being on Oath say and first the said John Boddimead< no role >
says
that on Tuesday Night last about 6 past 9 o'Clock as Informant and his Wife were
travelling in a Single Horse Chaise between Harrow
and Harrow

He was robbed by a single Footpad of one Guinea
and two Shillings, and further says that a person now present
who calls himself Markham Farrell Levy< no role >
is the person who
robbed him, and that he pursued him [..] found him at the
Crown Alehouse
at Harrow.
And the [..]
Mary Boddimead< no role >
says she was in the Chaise with her husband at the time he
was robbed as aforesaid and verily believes that said Levy is the person
who robbed him. And the said John Leaper< no role >
says that on
receiving Information of the said Robbery he went in pursuit of the
person and found said Levy at the Crown Alehouse at Harrow
when he secured him and on searching him found a Guinea and
two shillings in his Waistcoat pocket, And the said Thomas
Moreman< no role >
says that he assisted in securing said Levy and saw
the Guinea and two Shillings found upon him but on searching him
this day he only found [..] a Guinea upon him.
