Who being on Oath say and first the said Charles Snow< no role >
Senior says
that his House was entered about 3 o'Clock this morning by some person or
person's who got in by the means of Ladder at the Stair Case Window
and a Quantity of Plate and Wearing apparel stolen therein, And
this Informant further says that four tea Spoons, three table spoons,
a pepper Box, three Bottle Lables, a pair of Tea Tongs, a Medal and
other things now produced are his property and were Stolen in his
dwelling house this morning as aforesaid, And the said Charles
Snow< no role >
[..] ays that a Waistcoat four Shirts, seven pair of Stockings
three pair of Shoes, and a great Coat now produced are his property
and were Stolen this morning in the dwelling House of the said
Charles Snow< no role >
Senior. And the said Peter Gough< no role >
says that he went
about 9 o'Clock morning this in company with Joseph Percival< no role >
to execute a
Search Warrant in the House of Mr. Redman in Little Deans Yard
Westminster
, That in the two pair of Stairs front Room of said
Redman's House he found two persons now present who call
themselves Robert Snow< no role >
and John Durham< no role >
andfoundthe plate
and Wearing apparel now produced and also two loaded Pistols.
And the said Joseph Percival< no role >
says that he assisted said Peter
Gough< no role >
in searching said Redman's House and was present when
he found the plate and wearing apparel now produced, And this
Informant further says that when he knocked at said Redman's
door a person now present who calls herself Elizabeth Jefferies< no role >
