Who being on Oath say and first the said Walter Dallamore< no role >
says that in the Night of Sunday the 15th. Instant a Brown Horse
[..] which he hath [..] seen at the three Cups
in Aldersgate
Street
) was Stolen out of a field in the Parish of Weston
near
Bath
and which Horse is the property of this Informant.
And the said William Richardson< no role >
says he is Ostler
at the three
Cups
in Aldersgate Street
. That on Wednesday Night last about eleven
o'Clock a person now present who calls himself Richard Davis< no role >
brought the said Horse to the three Cups
in Aldersgate Street
aforesaid and left him And which Horse appeared at that time
to have been hard Rode. And the said Moses Murrant< no role >
says
that on Friday last the 20th. Instant he apprehended the said
Richard Davis< no role >
at the three Cups
in Aldersgate Street
aforesaid.
