YOU wer bound to appear [..] and Prosecute John Brown< no role > at [..]
Session last at the Session-House for the said County, but
not appearing, your Recognizance is become forfeited; and
will be Estreated into the Court of Exchequer , from Whence
Execution will proceed for the levying 40
Pounds your Goods and Chattels; unless Care be taken
to stop Proceedings, by an Application for a Respite at the
next Session, which will begin at the Session-House aforesaid
on Tuesday the 5th Day of April next.
