March 1785

Saith that the Prisoner Elizabeth Jones< no role >
Came to live with third of [..] nt as a Servant
on the 14th. day
of February last and Continued till the Monday following
when this deponent Arose, he was Informed by his Man
Servant that when he came down Stairs, between Seven and
Eight o'Clock in the Morning he found the Street door Open
and the Maid gone, this deponent looking over his Property
Mised a Pair of Sheets from the Parlour bed, (a Silver
table Spoon and one Silver tea Spoon now Produced.) and
a table Cloth, on the friday following being Informed were
the Prisoner was Immediately went and sent for a Constable
who took her into Custody.

Saith that on Monday the 21st. day of February
last this deponent between Seven and Eight o'Clock in the Morning
he came down Stairs and found the Street door Open Immediately
Searched for the maid Servant found her Missing and Acquainted
Mr. Holland with the Same

Saith that on Friday [..] ing the 24th. fo February last between
Seven and Eight o'Clock this deponent was Sent for by Mr. Holland
to take the Prisoner Elizabeth Jones< no role >
into Custody, who Searching
her found in her left hand Pocket a Silver tables Spoon and a Silver
tea Spoon new Produced.
