To set up with Mr. Sawtel & before had Intirely
taken to his Bed that Messrs. Slack & Atkinson
mightnothave Nothing to Say to the Insanity
or Inability of Mr. Sawtell

That such pretended Will was Ingresed
on that day & dated on the 14th day of Decr. 1782
and Which pretend'd Will was Witness'd by Under [..]
& Goodridge
< no role > & I. Evans before Either Sealed or
mark made (nor was this Dept. over in Mr. Sat A
house After first pretend'd a Will supposed to be
Executed) but said Nathn Goodridge< no role > Undertook Mr.
Sawtell shod. put his mark thereto, which be afterwds
inform'd me was done

Saith that on the day Mr. Sawtell died
he reced a Note from Mrs. Goodridge< no role > informg. him
of that Event and in the Afternoon came Over Mr.
L. Goodridge< no role > & Took him this Dept. but with him
to a Publick house and hoped we shod. till stand
time to Each otherMany Other Things passed
Between the parties [..] untill the fourth or
fifth of April when Evan's Came to this Dept.
house; and took Dept. to a Publick house the Brown Bear< no role > in Queen Street Southwark in Order
to have a Conversation with him when Evans [..]
the M [..] to Dept. by observing that Neither I nor
he had any Security from Goodridge for what
we was to have & that it was proper we shod.
have a Security before Evidence was given in the
Comons and that he thought that the least that
