me one of his Majestys Justices of the Peace
for the
County of Middlesex
This Informant [..] Charles Stilwell Saith
That he is a Weaver
by Trade and lives in Nichol street
Bethnal
Green
in the County of Middlesex
and makes work for Mr Berry
a Master Weaver
in Steward Street in the [..]
Old Artillery Ground
in
the Liberty of the Tower
of London And further Saith that he having
a piece of Sattin to make for the said Mr. Berry he had made fifty five
yards of the same and that on Sunday the Twenty fifth day of
July Instant the same Sattin which he had made was cut
out and Stolen and carried away from this Informants house
in Nichol Street aforesaid.

lives in Nichols Neet in the Parish of Saint Matthew< no role >
Bethnell Green
and that yesterday about four O'Clock
in the afternoon an alarm being made that his neighbour
Charles Stilwell had been robbed he immediately pursued
the person according to the Information he had received and
that he Overlook the Prisoner Richard Court< no role >
now under Examination in
Solater Street
in the Parish of Saint Matthew Bethnall Green
and that the Prisoner when taken by this Informant had
the Piece of Sattin now produced in his Custody and
the same was tied round him
