The Information of William Taylor< no role > of Tidmarsh
in Berks Farmer and John Malouny< no role > of Holton
near oxford Highertaken before me this 25th
Day of August 1784.

Who being on Oath say and first the said William Taylor< no role > says
that a Brown Mare which is now produced, was feloniously
stolen in a Field adjoining to this Informants House at
Tidmarsh aforesaid last night and which Mare in this
Informants Property. And the said John Maloney< no role > says
that he A purchased the said Mare this Day about 12 o'Clock
on House low Heath, for two Guineas, of a Person now present
who calls himself William Smith< no role > who said that "He
had brought her in Smith field five months ago".
