Who being in Oath say and first the said John Gibson< no role >
says that a
Bridle bit, a pair of plated spurs, three pair of Girths, a Snaffle Bit, two
pair of Spur Leathers, a black Leather Stock, Several Leather Straps
a Hog skin, twenty seven Girth Buckles, and two Dogs Collars found in
the house of a Person now present who calls himself John Wintersgale
Senior are the property of Robert Gibson< no role >
his Father and were stolen from
his house. And the said John Furneaux< no role >
Says that he found the
twenty Seven Girth buckles now producedbe foundin a Drawer in
the house of Said Wintersgale. and this informant further says that
one Girth buckle now produced be found in the Pocket of a Person now
present who calls himself John Wintergale Junior. And the said
John Shallard< no role >
Says that a Dogs Collar now produced he found in the
hand of Letitia Wintersgate< no role >
Wife of the said John Wintersgale< no role >
