Who being upon Oath saysand first the said James Du Chemin
for himself says that about 7 Weeks ago a Person now present who calls
herself Elizabeth May< no role >
hired a ready furnished Room of him in his
Dwelling house in Wells Street
Mile End New Town
that she accordingly
lived there until yesterday, that this Informant this Morning discovered
that a pair of Sheets a Tea Kettle and a Cardlestick [..]
this Informant's property and part of the Furniture which he had so
let to the said Elizabeth May< no role >
were stolen out of the said Room
and further Says that the Sheets now produced by the Said Thomas
Greer< no role >
are the Same Sheets which were stolen as aforesaid, And
the said Thomas Greer< no role >
for himself says that he is Apprentice to
Mr. Green Pawnbroker in the Minories
and that the said pair of
Sheets now produced by him were pawned at different Times
at his said Master's Shop by the said Elizabeth May< no role >
now present
