The Information of Tabitha Hurst< no role > and James
Maydwell
< no role > taken on Oath the Twenty fourth day
of May 1784.

This Informant Tabitha Hurst Saith that on Sunday
last about Eight O'Clock in the Morning there was stolen
from her Dwelling house in Browns lane Spitalfields One
Pair of Mens Leather Boots< no role > , One black silk Cloak, and one
White Petty Coat her Property And that the said Pair of
Boots, Black silk Cloak and White Pettycoat now produced
by John Ellis< no role > a Headborough is the same that was
stolen from her Dwelling house as aforesaid

This Informant James Maydwell Saith That on Sunday
Morning last about Eight O Clock as he was coming up
Browns lane Spitalfields he saw William Mountain< no role >
the Prisoner now under Examination come out of the
house of Mrs. Tabitha Hurst< no role > in Browns lane aforesaid and
having under his Arm and in his hands One Pair of
mens Boots One Black Cloak and one White Petty Coat
which is now Produced by John Ellis< no role > a Headborough
of Spitalfields .
