Middlesex to wit


The Information of William Hewson< no role >
and Catherine Penny< no role > taken before
us two of his Majestys Justices-
of the peace in and for the said
County.

Who being Severally upon Oath say and first
this Informant William Cewson for himself saith
that on Sunday Morning last between the hours
of five and Six oClock he went into a Public House
theGeorgeKings Head in Monmouth Street & that when
he went into the said House he had in his
Breeches Pocket a Silver Watch and the
Persons now present who call themselves
Catherine Penny< no role > James Smith< no role > John Lowd
and William Parsons< no role > was drinking in the said
House and that in about half an hour after
he had been in the said House he fell a sleep
and that when he awoke he found the Silver
Watch which he had in his pocket when he
went into the said House had been feloniously
taken and carried away
and this Informant Catherine Penny< no role > for
herself saith that she was drinking in the
House aforesaid when the other Informant
William Hewson< no role > came in that soon after
the said William Hewson< no role > went into the said
House he fell Asleep and in about a Quarter
