Saith That about three oClock in the Afternoon
of Friday last Informant went into the
Swan Alehouse And there saw the
Deceased And Another Man and One
Mary Price< no role > Drinking together
That Mary Price< no role > got up and Went out
at thebackfore Door and the Other Man
went out at the backforeDoor And Mealey
followed Price at the fore Door And
as he went out he said he would go and
give Them both a good Licking
And Saith That is all that Informant
heard or sawThat she saw nothing
at all of the FightThat she saw
One of the Men Come again into the
Swan after the Fight And have a Pot of
Beer and as soon as he Drank itandhe
Went away And said nothing about
the FightSaith That She saw no
Blood about the ManThat in about
an hour afterwards Mrs. Ogle came in
And said Mealey was Dead
