The Information of John Ferdinam< no role > Dalziel Smyth< no role >
Gentleman of No. 10 in Milbank Row Westminster
taken before me this 5th.. day of March 1784.

Who on his Oath says that on Monday last about One o'Clock
as this Informant was walking nearly opposite Saint Clements Church
(where there was a great Croud) a Person now present who calls
himself Michael Lee< no role > laid hold of his right Arm and by force
kept it up for the space of five minutes, during which time
this Informants pockets were picked for five Guineas, a Gold
Watch and Seal, an Handkerchief and several PapersAnd this
Informant further says he is very sure from the said Michael
Lee
< no role > 's keeping up his Arm and other Circumstances that He
was concerned in and privy to this Informant's robbery as
aforesaid.
