Short time afterwards she saw the said property
taken out of a Soot Bag near to the Globe at Mile End
The said two persons being Apprehended and
brought there with said Bag

saith that as he and one Henry Hummerston< no role > were
Working at a Gravel pit in Mr Bowrys Field
at Mile End about one o'Clock on Saturday
the first day of Janry Instant they heard a
Cry of Hop Thief and thereupon saw the
said Thomas Till< no role > and James Balding< no role > running
across the said Field towards Stepney
that he this Informant pursued and apprehended
the said James Balding< no role > andthisthe said
Henry Hummerston pursued and apprehended
the other that as they were Conveying the
said Thos Till and James Balding< no role > back to
the Globe at Mile End the said James
Balding< no role > picked up a Bag in the Field
aforesaid and said the same was his property
that he carried the said Bag to the Globe
and out of the same he the said Jas Balding
Turned the [..] Cotton Gown Coat Waistcoat
and two Shirts now produced by the said
