Who being on their Oaths say and First the said Frances Glossop< no role >
for himself saith That the Cake of Spermaoceti
now produced
is the property of him this [..] Informant and was Stolen from
out of his Shop in Compton Street
aforesaid between Friday
and Tuesday last
This Informants Abraham Wavell for himself saith that
he Agreed to purchase the said Cake of Spermaoceti
of the

and to give him
one Shilling and Ten pence per pound for the same, That he saw the
said Cake in the prisoners Shop in Whitegate Street Bishopgate
on Tuesday last and on Wednesday it was brought to this
Informants Shop in Wentworth Street
aforesaid by the Prisoner and there
leftitThat on the Evening of the same day he sent the
