he is a Constable and was desired by said Edward Lycett< no role > to attend at his
House and Search his different Journeymen That after this Informant
had in part searched the said John Bayless< no role > , the said John Bayless< no role > said
''Stop'' and took out of his right hand Breeches pocket the three Bridges
of Silver and Six pieces of Silver now produced and delivered them
to this Informant. And the said Edward Lycett< no role > further says he
doth suspect and believe that the said John Bayliss< no role > feloniously stole
the said three Bridges of Silver and Six pieces of Silver now produced
the Property of this Informant and Thomas Lowndes< no role > his Partner.
