mentioned Robbery's said Thomas Welch< no role > and this Informant Stole a
Metal Watch in a Watchmakers Shop opposite Saint Clements Church
in the Strand , which Watch they carried to the said Welch's Lodgings
in Barley Mew Court Whitechaple where this Informant gave said Watch
to Mary Boyne< no role > now present to pawn, who went out and returned
with a Guinea which she delivered to saw Welch. Says that
about a Month ago on a Saturday morning between 4 & 5 o'Clock, the
said Thomas Welch< no role > , Richard Smith< no role > and this Informant Robbed two Gentleman
in a Post Chaise between Ilford and Romford in Essex, of a gold Watch with
a gold Chain and four Seals, a Silver mounted Whip with "T C Hardy 19th.
Dragoons" on the Cap and three Guinea and half in MoneyThat about
12 o'Clock the night of the Robbery, they had some Beer and Punch at [..]
an Inn at Romford. That about 11 o'Clock on said Saturday morning
they all three went to the house of said William Harding< no role > to whom
they sold the said Gold Watch Chain and Seals for eleven Gunieas That
said Harding sawed off the Head of said Whip for the Silver. That
about a Week previous to the last mentioned Robbery the said Thomas Welch< no role >
James Burne< no role > and this Informant stole two gold Watch cases and a
Metal Watch in the Shop of a Watchmaker in Moorfields -That said Welch
and this Informant immediately went to said William Harding< no role > to whom
they sold said two gold Watch cases for four Guineas. That Welch had
the metal Watch and believes gave it to said Mary Boyne< no role > to pawn
That two or three Days previous to the last mentioned Felony the said
Thomas Welch< no role > and this Informant, stole a Sliver Pint Mug in a Silver
Smiths Shop at Charing Cross which Pint Mug they sold the some
Day to said William Harding< no role > for two Guineas. That about
Six Weeks ago the said Thomas Welch< no role > and this Informant stole a
Silver Watch in a Watchmaker Shop in Shoreditch , the second Shop
in Shoreditch on the Right Hand from Bishopgate Street , which Watch
he believes was pawned by said Mary Boyne< no role > for one Guinea
