this Deponent and his said Servant appearing to give
Evidence against the said Richard Beard< no role > And lastly this
Deponent saith that neither he or his said Servant omitted
to give Evidence against the said Richard Beard< no role > with any
view to favor him or for any Reward or hope or promise thereof
