Who being upon Oath saith and Parish
this Informants William Herbert< no role >
for
himself saith that in Inne last he
Gentled his Lodgings in Ogle Street and
by carsent of his Landlard left his Box
containing Weaving Apparel Viz two Coats
five Waistcoats one pair of Breeches
two
four of Huchings a Hatt two silk Hand kerchiefs
a Silver Stock Buckle and a Shirts locked
up that on he Edturn to Town [..]
on Tuesday Night last and the next Morning
found his Box broke open and the several
Things above described Stolen and carried away
and that the [..] prisoner had been apprehended
and committed on suspicion of the above
and on searching him this Evening when
before the Majestrates found the Shirt
Stolen as above upon the person now
